Vauxhall Vivaro Full Conversion
I Converted This Vivaro Over 17 Days. Here Are The Videos Of The Conversion Showing The Sequence Of Work And Everything Else From Cleaning Out To Making The Furniture.
Day 1
Planning And Layout.
I did a drawing by hand after taking accurate measurements of the van.
Day 2
Clean Up And Swivel Seat Installation.
The van needed quite a bit of cleaning and I put the swivel seat in while the van is empty making the whole process much easier.
Day 3
With the van clean the next thing I did was put some closed cell insulation down on the floor and made the new OSB3 floor.
Day 4
Here i am doing all of the external work. I’m putting 4 windows in this van and a solar panel.
Day 5 - 6
This is day 5 and 6 of this vauxhall vivaro campervan conversion. In this video i will get the panels on, and put the ceiling battens and trim on also the insulation is in and the first fix electrics.
Day 7
This is Day 7 of this Vauxhall Vivaro Camper Van Conversion. And today I get started on the stretch carpet and the wooden rock and roll bed.
Day 8
This is day 8 of this Vauxhall Vivaro Camper Van Conversion. I will be doing the rest of the stretch carpet and then the Wooden Rock & Roll Bed. The van is starting to take shape with all of the carpeting done and the rock and roll bed is looking good and working rel smooth.
Day 9
The van build is coming along real good and this time I will be building and installing the ceiling and putting down the Vinyl flooring.
Day 10
This van conversion will have a row of cabinets on the drivers side and a wooden rock and roll bed. The conversion will start to take shape very quickly once the cabinets are in.
Day 11
And today I am getting with more of the cabinet building. The van build is coming along really well. These videos show the step by step process of a camper conversion from start to finish.

In this video I am fitting the cabinets into the van and doing the main electrics and leisure battery.
Day 14
This time I am finishing up on the electrics and making the worktop.

This is day 16 and today I get all of the utilities in ….the hob, sink and fridge. Also the electrics are complete and I think the van conversion is looking real good.
Day 17
This is Day 17 of this Vauxhall Vivaro Camper Van Conversion and it is complete. Today I am putting in the rock and roll bed, cleaning the whole van and doing a full van tour. The van took 17 days from start to finish and I think it’s looking real good.
